Richard Kollet

Richard Kollett recently joined the Board in 2017. He previously served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. Richard worked for Sikorsky Aircraft for close to 40 years until his retirement in 2016. There he held various positions as Manager Program Operations, Manager of Program Planning Control, and Manager of Blades and Composite. Richard graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1977 and then received his MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1996. Richard and his family reside in Hamden.
