Inspect your Roof
A roof can take a beating from wintery conditions. Look it over for missing or damaged shingles, leaky flashing, debris and branches.
Clean the Gutters
Clean all debris and leaves out of the gutters and reattach any gutters that are sagging. Be sure downspouts are directed away from your home.
Run Outside Faucet
If you disconnected your water hose for the winter, now is the time to dig it out. Test it by letting it run and check for leaks.
Look at Your AC Unit
Remove debris and leaves from around the unit, replace filters and clean vents to help the unit run more efficiently.
Powerwash
If your deck or vinyl fences look dingy after a long winter season, you may need to use a powerwasher to bring them back to life.
