What you need to get started

  • A Sikorsky Credit Union Online Banking account.  Not signed up for Online Banking?  All you need to get started is your member number (account number) and a Telephone Banking (CALL-24) PIN (Personal Identification Number).  Don't know your PIN?  Visit a branch near you or contact Member Service at (203) 377-2252.

1. You must be enrolled in Online Banking with a phone registered to your account (to        verify your identity via voice or text).

Text Message Banking

Quickly check your accounts with a simple text message!

  • View the last 5 transactions on your primary account

    • Your balance every Friday.
    • When you balance falls below an amount you specify.

How to sign up for Mobile Text Banking.

1. Using your computer, go to www.sikorskycu.org and log on to Online Banking.
2. Click on Additional Services, then Alerts & Notifications.
3. Activate your mobile phone for text messaging (this links your phone number to your       account).
4. Using your mobile phone, text one of the following keywords to 454545:

Last five transactions on primary account
