Don't wait for the mail to receive your Sikorsky Credit Union statement or notice. Avoid clutter and save space by signing up for Sikorsky Credit Union's eStatement service. An email will be sent notifying you that a notice or statement is available for viewing.

eStatements are accessible through Sikorsky Credit Union's secure Online Banking service. Twenty-four consecutive months are stored for your convenience. Download or print your statements/notices at your convenience.

Is there a fee for eStatement delivery?

    • No. eStatements will replace your paper statements.

Are eStatements secure?

  • Yes. All Sikorsky Credit Union information, including eStatements, is located on secure servers, protected by multiple layers of security and firewalls.

How do I signup?

  • To register, log into the Online Banking service (using your Telephone Banking (CALL-24) pin); and select the eStatement tab. From here you can register and later access your statements through the Online Banking service. You will receive an email notification when a new statement or notice is available for viewing.

Do I need to be registered for Online Banking to enroll in eStatements?

  • Yes, you will need to have, or sign up for Online Banking service to receive eStatements.

      All you need to get started with Online Banking is your account number and a Telephone Banking (CALL-24) pin (personal identification number). click here to register.
      If you don't have a Telephone Banking (CALL-24) pin, stop in any branch office for assistance, or call 203-377-2252 or toll free 888-753-5553, option 4 to speak with a representative.

How do I log on?

  • Log in to the Online Banking service and select the eStatement tab. You will need Acrobat Reader to open your eStatement. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded for free from adobe.com

What types of account statements can I receive electronically?

  • eStatements are your "electronic gateway" to viewing your Sikorsky Credit Union periodic account statements. You will be able to access your Sikorsky Credit Union monthly statements, Visa statements, Home Equity statements, and any other notices you may receive from us.

When will I receive my first eStatement?

  • Your first eStatement should be available the day after the first statement is created after you sign up. For example: the first of the month for month end statements.

How do I get a copy of my original statement?

  • Your eStatement is your original statement. A printed copy is usable as a legal document. Each statement will be accessible for up to one year.

Can I print or download my eStatement?

  • Yes. You can print eStatements by selecting Print from the Acrobat Reader PDF Viewer. You can also download your statement by saving a copy to your hard drive or CD-ROM.

Will I continue to receive paper statements in the mail?

  • No. Once you register for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement.

Will I be able to view a previous month, if I forget to save it?

  • Once you start receiving your eStatements, they will continue to be accessible for twenty-four months. If you need to go back further than twenty-four months, Sikorsky Credit Union has archived statements to reference, upon request.
