    POSITION:  Teller
    LOCATIONS: Shelton, Seymour, Milford
    REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
    FT/PT Status: Part-time

    Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a part time Teller to join our Retail Delivery team. You will be responsible for processing routine transactions as well as identifying member needs and cross selling the credit unions financial products and services.
     
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Interact with members and provide superior member service.
    • Process routine banking transactions.
    • Identify member needs and cross sell the credit unions financial products and services.
    • Establish and retain member relationships with current and prospective new members.
    • Keeps informed and remains focused on the credit unions new marketing strategies.
    • Provide technical product support for electronic banking delivery channels.
    • Responsible for managing and balancing your cash daily, while adhering to established practices, procedures and financial institution regulatory requirements. 

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 2+ years’ relevant work experience in the financial industry, cash handling or customer service or sales experience.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong communication skills an (outgoing personality is helpful).
    • Proven member service abilities, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
    • Knowledge of mobile devices, technology driven delivery channels of banking services and products.
    • Knowledge of basic office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, fax, and copiers. 
    • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Word and Lotus Notes.

    POSITION:  Loan Servicing Specialist
    DEPARTMENT: Lending
    REPORTS TO: Loan Servicing Supervisor
    FT/PT Status: Full-time

    Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a Full-time Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team. This individual is primarily responsible for providing administrative and/or operational support within the Loan Servicing & Collections Dept.

     
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Assists internal and external customers with loan questions, which may pertain to loan, tax, and insurance issues; prepares necessary correspondence and provides supporting documentation.
    • Executes documents for release of collateral on mortgage and consumer loans; following to ensure lien perfection.
    • Researches and addresses loan servicing related issues and member complaints, forwarding only the most complex issues to the supervisor.
    • Reviews and reconciles various reports, identifies, researches, and resolves errors and inconsistencies; analyzes account activity and prepares payoff statements as necessary.
    • Develops subject matter expertise and stays abreast of pertinent regulatory requirements and credit union procedures and policies, communicates with management to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
    • CUNA Disability and Life Insurance, State National CPI, MPI,  and ACH refunds:  track and process payments, maintain documentation for files.
    • Process TDR/Shadow and interest only modifications on core system.
    • Process monthly Charge Off on core system.
    • Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalency.  A bachelor’s degree or some college experience is a plus.
    • 3-5 years of loan servicing experience required.  
    • Knowledge and understanding of consumer and mortgage loan documentation is required.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact effectively with members and staff.
    • Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.

    POSITION:  System Analyst II
    DEPARTMENT: IT
    REPORTS TO: IT Manager

    Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst II to join our IT team at our Stratford, CT headquarters. You will be responsible to handle all Enterprise server issues relating to their hardware and software.  Deploys and maintains hardware, software and telecommunications systems of medium to high complexity.
     
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Support the physical and virtual server environments including activities such as provisioning, maintenance & troubleshooting.  Provide troubleshooting, support and analysis of requests within the Enterprise Server Environment.  Build new VMs in data center & DR site in adherence to all established standards.  Own, track and resolve physical and virtual server incident tickets and related requests.  Develop and maintain server inventory and configuration documentation, manage server hardware lifecycle.  Will require occasional after-hours and weekend work to implement patches and/or perform system maintenance/installs. Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
    • BA/BS degree in a technical discipline.
    • 2+ years experience as Server Administrator.
    • 2+ years experience in Virtual environment which includes: Data Replication Service, Virtual Center, Site Recovery Mgr.
    • Experience in networking technologies which include virtual NICs and switches, vDS, physical and virtual LAN topologies.
    • Working knowledge of Enterprise SAN technologies.
    • Validation and installation of security patches, functional patches and version upgrades.
    • Proven ability in performing Operating System Updates and applying patches.
    • Ability to quickly pick up new knowledge of specific applications within the environment.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues and test/validate/deploy resolution.
    • Demonstrates constant consideration of risks and impacts especially with regards to changes such as security patching (i.e., change management).
    • Experience with infrastructure technology components including data centers (Power, Cooling and Structured Cabling), network, servers, data storage and virtualization.
    • Clear understanding of project phases and deliverables.
