                        • DATE:  March 3, 2015
                          POSITION:  System Analyst II
                          DEPARTMENT: IT
                          REPORTS TO: IT Manager

                          Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst II to join our IT team at our Stratford, CT headquarters. You will be responsible to handle all Enterprise server issues relating to their hardware and software.  Deploys and maintains hardware, software and telecommunications systems of medium to high complexity.
                           
                          JOB DESCRIPTION:
                      • Support the physical and virtual server environments including activities such as provisioning, maintenance & troubleshooting.  Provide troubleshooting, support and analysis of requests within the Enterprise Server Environment.  Build new VMs in data center & DR site in adherence to all established standards.  Own, track and resolve physical and virtual server incident tickets and related requests.  Develop and maintain server inventory and configuration documentation, manage server hardware lifecycle.  Will require occasional after-hours and weekend work to implement patches and/or perform system maintenance/installs. Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

                      CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
                      • BA/BS degree in a technical discipline.
                      • 2+ years experience as Server Administrator.
                      • 2+ years experience in Virtual environment which includes: Data Replication Service, Virtual Center, Site Recovery Mgr.
                      • Experience in networking technologies which include virtual NICs and switches, vDS, physical and virtual LAN topologies.
                      • Working knowledge of Enterprise SAN technologies.
                      • Validation and installation of security patches, functional patches and version upgrades.
                      • Proven ability in performing Operating System Updates and applying patches.
                      • Ability to quickly pick up new knowledge of specific applications within the environment.
                      • Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues and test/validate/deploy resolution.
                      • Demonstrates constant consideration of risks and impacts especially with regards to changes such as security patching (i.e., change management).
                      • Experience with infrastructure technology components including data centers (Power, Cooling and Structured Cabling), network, servers, data storage and virtualization.
                      • Clear understanding of project phases and deliverables.

    POSITION:  Home Loan Consultant - Full Time
    DEPARTMENT: Mortgage Lending
    REPORTS TO: Vice President, Mortgage Lending
    COMPENSATION: Base salary plus commission


    The Home Loan Consultant will utilize proven sales ability to achieve credit union mortgage and home equity lending goals and objectives within an assigned territory. Must operate within required state/federal laws and ensure that all loans are fully documented and in compliance with all credit union guidelines.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

      • Responsible for achieving credit union loan volume goals. Actively seeks mortgage and home equity applications from borrowers/members in need of real estate secured loans.
      • When applicable, services credit union branches in assigned territory to follow up on referrals and assist in training staff members with lending needs.
      • Actively calls on Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, and Financial Professionals in assigned territory to solicit referral business.
      • Participates in SFCU networking functions, Homebuyer Seminars and other functions to increase awareness of SFCU mortgage and home equity lending programs.
      • Interviews mortgage loan applicants to explain mortgage products and obtain all key financial and loan related information. Completes loan application and submits loan file to mortgage fulfillment team.
      • Performs loan PRE-APPROVALS to analyze member’s credit profile and determine eligible loan programs. Counsels members to help determine the loan program that best suits their financial needs. Cross-sells other credit union products and services when appropriate.
      • Coordinates receipt of all required loan conditions (disclosures, income and asset verification, P&S agreement, etc.) from member and submits documentation to loan fulfillment team.
      • Advises member of loan decision, conditions and documentation requirements.
      • Communicates credit terms (interest rate, loan terms/repayment method, disclosures, costs, etc.) and all loan status to member from application through closing. Ensures that all terms are within credit union policy and in compliance with RESPA, ECOA, and TILA.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned or appropriate.
    • CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
      • High school diploma (college degree preferred) plus 2+ years experience originating residential mortgage loans.
      • Requires familiarity with Fannie Mae and FHLB secondary marketing guidelines and the ability to quickly learn the credit union’s portfolio loan products. Understanding of residential loan pricing is required.
      • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and mortgage LOS systems is needed.
      • Ability to successfully complete the registration process as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). The ability to annually renew and maintain registration throughout employment.
      • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record and possess reliable transportation.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management, and employees.
      • Must be able to work independently to achieve desired results.
